Art Submission Guidelines

We are excited to showcase and amplify creative voices. Please review the following guidelines before submitting your work.

1. Original Work Only

  • You must be the original creator of the artwork.

  • No copied or plagiarized content.

  • Collaborative pieces are accepted only with permission from all creators.

2. Respectful Content Only

Please review our Unacceptable Content Policy here. We will not accept any artwork that contains:

  • Hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, or discriminatory content

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative material

  • Graphic violence or content promoting harm or illegal activity

We strive to foster a respectful, safe, and inclusive creative space.

3. Technical Requirements

  • Accepted file types: PNG, JPG, TIFF, HEIC (max file size: 10MB)

  • For video submissions, provide a public or private link (e.g., Vimeo, YouTube) plus a still image.

  • Submit one artwork per entry. Multiple entries are welcome via separate submissions.

4. Title & Optional Description

  • Include a title for each piece.

  • You may optionally include a brief artist statement (max 200 words).

5. Review and Selection

  • All submissions are reviewed by our team.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any submission at our discretion, including based on adherence to these guidelines and overall fit with the project.

  • We may not be able to provide individual feedback.

6. Usage Rights & Redistribution

All submitted artworks are protected by the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International Deed. Please read carefully before submitting.

Those downloading artworks are free to:

  1. Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

  2. Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material

  3. The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as the license terms are followed.

Under the following terms:

  1. Attribution — Those downloading the artworks must give appropriate credit , provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made . They may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses them or their use.

  2. NonCommercial — Those downloading the artworks may not use the material for commercial purposes .

  3. ShareAlike — If those downloading the artworks remix, transform, or build upon the material, they must distribute their contributions under the same license as the original.

  4. No additional restrictions — Those downloading the artworks may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

This license is granted without expectation of compensation or future royalties. Your name or artist credit may be included when possible, but is not guaranteed.

Please do not submit work if you are not comfortable with these terms.
